The Sea. The Surf.
The Sand. The Shells.
The Sun. The Sky.
The beachy smells.
The crashing waves
Such power tell,
Yet the same roar
Makes calmness swell.
Life on the wing
The fin, the feet;
Three different worlds
Here chance to meet.
Such richness of life,
And what a treat
To feel a part
Of harmony sweet.
Looking to the point
Where water meets sky
I know what’s before me
Is greater than I.
The depth is too great,
The wonder too high.
A humbling thought,
A powerful sensation—
To fully feel that God’s the Creator
And I the creation!
